- Sr. Electrical Engineer (Corpus Christi, TX)Overseeing and managing industrial electrical systems, including field devices such as motors and switches, and distribution systems ranging from 120 V to 13.8 kV. Managing lighting panels, power panels, UPS, motor control centers, distribution transformers, switchgear, gas turbines, and diesel generators. Responsible for ensuring the installation of vendor packages adheres to design guarantees and warranties and monitoring equipment performance during commissioning. Review documentation on confluence to support engineering releases and participate in onsite and offsite commissioning acceptance testing with customers and suppliers. Review responses to questions from regulators, such as FERC/PHMSA, NEC, NFPA, and UL. Creating, troubleshooting, and modifying safety and PLC programs.
- Requires bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering plus 5 years of relevant experience, or master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering plus 3 years of experience.
- Requires experience with electrical engineering methodologies such as validation testing, dynamometer testing, impact load testing methods along with software languages such as C#, C++, confluence, Jira, and C, JAVA, and Python. Experience with PC operation, structure, MS Windows, Real-Time embedded systems, and PLC and HMI automation solutions.
