Project Engineer III (Houston, TX): Responsible for setting the direction of the project, maintain cost control and manage the schedule to deliver the agreed-to scope. Manage projects on a stage by stage basis. Create P&ID’s, Plot Plans and Isometric drawings using AutoCAD and familiar with FMEA tools, preparing Risk mitigation plans and ASME section VIII Div. 1 and Div. 2, Perform pipe stress/PSV/ Inlet/Outlet loss calculations. Maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems & processes and prepare estimates (Aspen or Icarus) and schedules (Primavera P6), specifications, drawings, bid packages, quotation analysis and other applicable documents for purchase, construction, and/or repair of refinery equipment and facilities. Requires knowledge in piping, pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, fans, motors, material handling equipment and API standards API520/521, API620 for storage tanks.
