Govind Development, LLC – Engineering Division (GDL) is a full-service, multi-discipline firm with extensive refinery, petrochemical and terminals capabilities. Our team applies its in-depth knowledge of the latest software tools being used in the engineering and project environment.
Our team is currently seeking an experienced & highly motivated Business Development Manager who is committed to providing GDL with expertise in their field.
• Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
• Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
• Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
• Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
• Collaborate with project manager and discipline teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
• Train technical staff to consistently support and improve sales goals and meet expectations
• Strong understanding of company services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
• Identify in-office and on-site recruitment needs to potential clients and support recruitment efforts
• Maintain complete Customer Relations Management data base to develop business development strategies
• Identify effective marketing material to distribute to current and future clients to create more business opportunities
