POSITION SUMMARY
Develop, create/modify P&IDs. Perform PSV/ Calculations, unit operations, exchanger calculations and various material and energy balance calculations. Prepare/evaluate drawings, reports, designs, and coordinate with planning, implementation of design and construction of projects. Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems/ improve production rates, efficiencies, yield, costs and change overs. Requires Knowledge of piping, pressure vessels tanks, heat exchanger, pumps, material handling equipment, API 520/521 for pressure relieving calculations & simulation software such as ASPEN, HYSYS.
